- Recharges are non-refundable. Once processed, the plan cannot be cancelled or returned.
- Double-check the mobile number before confirming. An incorrect number cannot be corrected after purchase.

About Cubacel International Roaming
Cubacel International Roaming is a prepaid service from ETECSA that allows you to use your Cuban mobile number (voice, SMS and data) when traveling outside Cuba.
- Available for all Cubacel prepaid customers (natural persons).
- The plan activates automatically upon purchase, even while the line is still in Cuba. Resources can only be used when connected to an associated foreign network.
- Plans are valid for 30 days from first use. Resources accumulate if you recharge before expiry.
- Call forwarding and collect calls (*99) are not available while in roaming.
